Standard Group Training Session Plans

Join our vibrant community in our group training classes, designed to help you achieve your fitness goals alongside like-minded members.

The Standard Group Training plan gives you access to multiple classes running six days a week. You can join us Monday-Thursday at 5am, 6am, 5pm, and 6pm, Fridays at 5:30pm, or for our popular Saturday HIIT class at 8am.
