We are located at Powerhouse Gym in Shelton, Connecticut 784 River Road, Shelton, CT 06484. 

The parking lot and entrance is located towards the back/side of the building. You will pass three speed bumps and the Powerhouse Gym sign on the door.

The gym is on the top floor. Before 9am, you will need a gym keycard to unlock the door.

All classes (large or small group) are an hour long.

1:1 sessions can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes long depending on the package you choose.

Gym membership is required. FNF members receive a special rate of $25/month – no contract.

All sessions are 1 hour long

You can book all classes in the FNF mobile app after you purchase your package.

Preferably 3-5 dumbbells ranging in sizes from 5-30lbs

Resistance bands

Some form of cardio equipment (jump rope, walking pad, etc.)

You can be trained virtually at home but gym is preferable.
